Fawn was absolutely amazing to work with on my wedding day! My wedding was early afternoon so we had to start getting ready early. Fawn was on time and very quick to get set up. She came on her own and was able to finish myself, my three bridesmaids and the moms within 4 hours! She catered to each and every single one of our wants/needs and ensured each of us were happy and comfortable in our looks. All of our makeup came out great and looked amazing in our photos! She’s so incredibly talented and on top of that, she’s super friendly, kind hearted, and was calm and collected on such a busy and important day in my life! I highly suggest everyone use Fawn for all your makeup needs!
Fawn is an absolute dream to work with. I don’t normally wear makeup and was nervous about not looking like myself, but she enhances your natural beauty. She even looked up my photographer’s style and adjusted the makeup accordingly. My makeup still looked flawless at the end of the night. She is warm, down to earth, calming, and professional. She arrived early, easily completed makeup on all of us (5 total), and brought a beautiful grounding energy to our morning. She’s seriously skilled at her art and a wonderful being on top of that. I highly recommend her for your day!
Fawn is an amazing human being. She brings with her an calming energy that makes you feel relaxed and taken care of on your special day. She is flexible and truly listens to what you envision. Fawn was the most incredible make-up artist for my wedding! She did such a wonderful job and made me feel absolutely beautiful and still like myself. The make-up was elegant, stunning and not over done. I loved the individual eye lash extensions she used which made my eyes pop but weren’t heavy or uncomfortable to wear all day. The other make-up products she used were also very high end and didn’t look cakey on my face. Fawn has years of experience as a professional make-up artist in the industry and it shows! She is wonderful and easy to work with. She was such a calming presence the morning of my wedding while getting ready. I also really enjoyed my make-up trial with her and she was very open to listening to me on the things I liked and didn’t like. I highly recommend hiring Fawn for any make-up application. My mom has even gone back to her for facials and other facial treatments. Fawn is such a kind and talented make-up artist. Doesn’t get any better than her!
Fawn was absolutely fabulous! Such a talented makeup artist, I am so glad I found her for my special day. She was friendly, efficient, showed up on time and was just a delight to be around. She did 10 of us prior to the event and everyone looked stunning. I received so many compliments and so did my bridal party, mother, and mother in law! I would recommend her to anyone for their special day. The photos speak for themselves 🙂 I did a trial with her two days before the big event and rocked that look for my family dinner. Fawn Monique is AMAZING, both as a makeup artist and as a person! Fawn did my wedding trial for my bridal shower (and came into her studio just for the trial), and everyone RAVED about my look- it was so natural, but the best possible version of myself! I usually don’t love the way I look when I have my makeup done because I tend toward a minimal makeup look, but Fawn has totally changed my mind! For my wedding, my entire bridal party and mothers of the bride and groom looked INCREDIBLE. Fawn was also very particular with her disinfection/single use practices, and was masked the entire time, which made everyone feel very comfortable in a post-Covid world. I would absolutely recommend Fawn Monique!!
Fawn recently did my makeup and my bridesmaids for my June 2021 wedding. She was extremely professional and friendly. I was a very nervous bride and Fawn was very sweet helping me calm down and look stunning. She listened as each bridesmaid told her what they were looking for and she delivered–making everyone feel and look stunning! I would highly recommend Fawn for wedding makeup !
Fawn is incredible – both her talent, and as a person. We did our trial a few months back, and I ended up changing almost everything by the time the Wedding came around. Fawn was as easy going as ever. All of my girls absolutely loved their makeup, as did I – I looked just as good going back to my room at 2 AM as I did at 11 AM that morning! I would 100% recommend Fawn to anyone and everyone.

Fawn was so wonderful to work with and did an amazing job on my wedding makeup! She is so down to earth and committed to creating beautiful, natural looks, and she helped me stay relaxed and enjoy the time we spent together both during the trial and on the day of my wedding. On my wedding day, Fawn came onsite and did makeup for myself, my close friends, and mom. We had a blast chatting with her while we were getting ready and we all loved the beautiful job she did on our makeup. We have a diverse range of complexions, and love that she has makeup for all skin tones and did such a great job of highlighting each of our natural features. Her makeup is also great quality – it felt lightweight and comfortable and lasted all night after hours of photos, the ceremony, reception & dancing. Highly recommend her for any event!
Marina did my makeup trial and came to my hotel the morning of to do all of my bridal party’s makeup. Everything was wonderful and we all looked stupendous! I received so many compliments about my make up that day! Most importantly – it was 100 degrees outside, my dress was long sleeved, and the church wasn’t air conditioned but MY MAKE UP STAYED PERFECT ALL DAY AND NIGHT LONG!! Even my lashes stayed perfectly!! Highly recommend!!

It was tough to find a make up artist (in NEPA) who had experience working on Asian features. I am Korean and I did a few make up trials before I booked Fawn. I was terribly discouraged by the trials, they made me feel ugly and frustrated since they couldn’t achieve what I wanted. Once I booked the trial with Fawn, I knew she was the one! She was so good at highlighting my best features and I looked like a younger, better version of myself. My family is critical but they raved about their make up and got so many compliments throughout the night. Fawn has an impressive resume and has a lot of experience. Yes, yes a million times yes! Book Her! For our engagement shoot, I got my make up done at MAC, and while the make up showed up well in pictures… I don’t think I could’ve looked anyone in the eye I looked so crazy. Fawn does your make up in such a way, that it reads well in pictures… but you also look like yourself! I was so comfortable in my make up all day and she really did a flawless job!
Fawn is awesome! She did my makeup for my wedding, along with my mom, 7 bridesmaids, and mother-in-law. I was very picky about choosing a makeup artist because I don’t regularly wear a lot of makeup, but I am so happy I chose Fawn! She made my makeup look very natural and the entire bridal party looked stunning! Everyone was in love with their own makeup and we all received so many compliments. I’m from NYC and had my wedding in rural PA. My family and bridesmaids are of all different ethnicities, as a result I was extremely nervous finding a make-up artist that was a fit for everyone. Fawn was utterly amazing– she did everyone’s makeup flawlessly! Everyone felt beyond beautiful and loved it! She did everything from natural to glam make-up. Fawn was on-time and got everyone completed in time. She was great and would highly recommend her to everyone!!!
Coming from the NYC metropolitan area, I was nervous about finding a makeup artist I really loved in a small rural PA town. Fawn blew me away! I have been a bridesmaid so many times in New York and New Jersey and none of them came close to Fawn’s amazing makeup artistry. Everyone looked gorgeous and glamorous, yet still looked natural, and not overdone at all. To top it all off she is so professional and a really cool person to get to work with. The morning of your wedding can be so exciting but you definitely have butterflies, hoping that the whole days goes off without a hitch. It helps so much and calms the nerves when you get to work with people who are as cool as Fawn.
Fawn is wonderful to work with. She is a calming force when all hell is breaking loose around you while you are getting ready. I wanted to look like a better version of myself not like someone else. Fawn achieved that. I received so many compliments on how flawless my skin looked and bright my eyes were. Fawn did an amazing job for my wedding day in September 2014. She enhanced my mom, maid of honor and myself’s beauty without going overboard with the makeup. We looked natural, elegant and beautiful. Our make up was perfect for my fall outdoor wedding in the woods. She was very professional, prompt and knew exactly what we wanted with a few short descriptions about our daily beauty regimens. I could not have been happier with our makeup and would recommend her to everyone and I would definitely use her services again for future events.

As someone who works in the beauty industry, I wanted absolute perfection (or as close to it as I could get) for my wedding day! Fawn Monique provided that, and then some. Scheduling was a breeze, and she was very easy to communicate with. Her professionalism and knowledge of her field is top knotch! In addition to her incredible makeup skills, she was able to understand the look I wanted to achieve and translate it to enhance my own personal features. She also did makeup for my mom and maid of honor, both of whom looked absolutely gorgeous for the occasion. Fawn applied makeup for my wedding party and I at my wedding in November of 2014. She was awesome! She is very professional and talented. She drove almost an hour to apply makeup on site for us.She brought tons of product and gave us some to reapply as the day went on. She uses Aveda makeup which is a really good line. She made me feel very comfortable to tell her exactly what I wanted at tge trial and the day of my wedding. Everyone loved her work. I would highly recommend her.
Fawn did an amazing job with my makeup and those in my bridal party. First off, she went out of her way to travel to me for my trial. She listened to what I liked, didn’t like and made suggestions. On the day of the event, she was on time and stayed on time. Some of my bridesmaids wanted to be done up, others wanted more natural looks. She was able to make all of them happy. I wish I could have her do my makeup for every occasion. Highly, highly recommend!
I met Fawn back in June of 2014 when she did my make-up for my engagement pictures. We instantly clicked and I appreciated her love and talent for Bridal runway make-up and her down to earth personality. I booked her for my wedding this past February in the Poconos and she did an amazing job with my make-up as well as all of my bridesmaids. The morning of the wedding was filled with many emotions and Fawn kept me very calm and centered, reminding me to eat and take deep breaths! She not only calmed my nerves, she made me look and feel so beautiful! Fawn listened to what I wanted and also gave her expert suggestions and went above and beyond. I had complete trust in her and her talent and I was so happy with the end result. All of my bridesmaids loved her and two of my friends have already contacted her for future events. You won’t find anyone better than Fawn! She is talented, professional, and an awesome person!
Fawn traveled to my wedding site to do my make-up and my bridal party. Her work is amazing! We all looked great! I feel very fortunate to have found her. She makes everyone feel comfortable and she has a great personality! I HIGHLY recommend her! 🙂
While my review is a bit late, this does not reflect how satisfied I was with Fawn! I got married May 2014 and Fawn came as a preferred vendor of my venue. I met her at a tasting event and knew it was a match. She is extremely talented, very personable, and her prices are unbeatable for a traveling artist. She made me feel at ease and took the stress out of choosing my makeup. I live in MD so she was very flexible and met me at my moms for my trial (not a quick drive). I showed her a few pictures and she was able to match the look to my features. The airbrushing was awesome and I highly recommend it to all brides. She uses individual lashes which makes them more natural. On the day of she was early and was all set up to begin upon my arrival. She only does one wedding a day so she doesn’t rush anything. All of my bridesmaids were so happy with their makeup and I got compliments all night. It lasted the whole night, through rain and tears. I couldn’t have been happier with my makeup on my wedding day. My sister even wanted to book her right after she had her makeup done for her wedding but she was already booked (which isn’t surprising!) I will always recommend Fawn to all my bride friends!
I contacted Fawn after seeing her gorgeous work on one of my friends on her wedding day. When I reached out to her, she responded immediately and provided me with her incredible prices, as well as access to see other pictures of her work. When I met her at my trial, she was so calm, easy going and confident which completely eased my nerves. She did amazing work at my trial and even more incredible on my wedding day. My makeup was flawless and lasted the entire night. My bridesmaids, mother and mother in law all looked equally gorgeous! She has an incredible way of making you look natural, yet still wedding glam! Fawn did my make up as well as my bridesmaids, mother, mother in law, grandmother, and aunt (all in one morning!). My family has worked with her before and we all love the work she does. She met with me a couple of weeks before the wedding to do a trial and discuss the kind of look I wanted for the big day. Fawn is simply amazing! I sent her a few pictures of what I was looking for and she nailed it. I have never felt prettier than my wedding day when she did my makeup. She uses natural products and it lasts all night. That’s right, all night! Not only was I ecstatic about the results, but all the other girls she worked on were absolutely delighted. In fact, we only had 8 scheduled for makeup and 2 more girls that originally didn’t want it saw the others and changed their mind. Fawn’s rate is very reasonable and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. We love Fawn!
Fawn not only did the make-up for my wedding, but also for my best friends wedding a few weeks before. In all, that comes out to something like 14 bridesmaids, 3 moms, and 2 very happy brides. Fawn has a confident calm about her that is so comforting on a day when there is so much going on- she never seems stressed or worried about timing and her tranquil energy absolutely radiates. I had the opportunity to meet Fawn when getting my makeup done as a bridesmaid back in December. The bride had worked with her when she was a bridesmaid and was so pleased she chose her to do her bridal makeup as well. My experience was no different! I chose to go with the trend as a bridesmaid with dark smoky eyes that really stood out in pictures. I received many compliments and the makeup withstood a night of dancing and a little rain too! When choosing Fawn for my own bridal makeup, I set up a trial and explained to her that my everyday style was pretty minima and natural looking and I was going for a much softer romantic look for my big day. She did exactly that! Fawn was able to freshen me up to let my eyes stand out without anything looking (or feeling) too heavy or “not-me.” On the day of my wedding I chose to add a bit more to my eyelashes and it turned out even better than the trial! Not to mention, with all of the stress leading up to the wedding I developed a huge blemish on my chin that I was fearful would show up in pictures, but after Fawn’s magic, you couldn’t even tell there was anything there and my face did not look or feel heavy caked on with coverup!! I was so happy with the results on my wedding day and also with the 6 bridesmaids she was able to help look even more beautiful as well! I highly recommend Fawn Monique to any bride looking for an amazing make-up artist and pretty cool girl to hang with on the morning of your big day!
Fawn did an absolutely breathtaking job on every single member of my bridal party. She had quite a few challenges to face including the fact that I was having a winter wedding (with a snowy background) (and I was somewhat tan) but needed to blend in and not look too out of place with my bridal party. She nailed the look perfectly. In addition, we also had late bridal party members whose makeup had to be rushed, and she finished even those faces with perfection. She listened very closely to what each girl wanted for their look. Her prices were very reasonable for the amount of work she did. Her pre-wedding trial was awesome because she was willing to do it right before my bridal shower so I had a great look for that special day. I recommend her to ALL of my friends and family.
I was looking for a makeup artist in the Poconos for my wedding in June 2013 and found reviews for Fawn Monique on this site. I’d called a few other places before and hadn’t been impressed by what I heard, their prices, or their reviews. When I first spoke with Fawn Monique on the phone, I knew she was exactly what I was looking for (I don’t wear a lot of makeup and have trouble articulating what I’m looking for). She was friendly and she really listened to what I was going for and her prices were excellent. She came to my apartment in NY to do a trial while she was here for a show and was happy to make adjustments to the look a few weeks later after I’d shown pictures to friends/family. The day of the wedding, she was on time, even though we were running late, and was such a calming presence while everyone was getting ready. She did an excellent job on everyone’s makeup (me, three bridesmaids, and mom). And she was great at managing my mom, who can be a tough customer. During the wedding everyone kept commenting on how good the makeup was, and more importantly, I felt totally myself and absolutely beautiful in the look. I highly recommend Fawn Monique to any bride.
Fawn is definitely a great makeup artist. She is very efficient and extremely nice. She was able to create looks for myself and my bridesmaids that made us look awesome but not over done at all. She knows what works for each person and knows how to apply it especially for pictures. She comes right to your venue and goes wherever you want for the trial. It’s definitely worth having your hair and make-up artist come to you. The only thing was I was charged more than what was agreed upon on the contract but she was worth it so on the wedding day I let it go.
What could I say about Fawn… I was extremely nervous about finding a makeup artist for my wedding, since I had negative experiences in the past (for proms). Fawn listened closely to my thoughts and she was able to make me feel absolutely beautiful the day of my wedding! Not only did she make me look flawless, but she also taught me little tricks to use in the future! Everyone one in my wedding party was so thrilled with her work that she is probably going to be doing the makeup for one of my bridesmaid’s weddings in the near future! Another huge positive with Fawn’s work, was that she was affordable within my budget. I was one of those brides that had a spreadsheet for all vendors and their prices; because her prices are reasonable I was able to pay for all 8 ladies that were getting their makeup done! I have to say a huge thank you Fawn, I do not know what I would have done if I did not have you for my special day!
Fawn was a blast to work with! From start to finish, my experience with her was wonderful. During our consultation session, I got to catch a glimpse of Fawn’s amazing talent, and when the day of my wedding came around, Fawn definitely delivered! She helped my mom, my bridesmaids, and myself to look our very best! Our makeup looked fresh ALL DAY!! Fawn Monique has been THE go to girl for all of my girlfriend’s weddings – and I was so excited when it was finally my turn to reach out to her for my wedding day! I am not one to wear a lot of makeup and wanted to stay as true to myself as I could on my wedding day and Fawn created that effortlessly. It didn’t feel heavy at all, and it stood up to the drizzling rain, tears and dancing – because it’s waterproof makeup 🙂 Including myself, Fawn did makeup for my whole bridal party (6 girls), my mother and a little bit for my flower girl. I got so many compliments on my makeup along with my bridal party! She rocks. And now I am so excited because one of my bridesmaids decided to book Fawn for her upcoming wedding this summer! Fawn did my sister and my wedding and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about her. She has the greatest personality and can do anything. She will come and set up at your house or wherever you are getting ready and do anyone’s makeup (as long as you have the time). Some of the ladies in my group don’t do a lot of makeup so they weren’t exactly sure what they wanted, so they just said something simple like “a natural look, but I want my eyes to pop.” They looked fabulous with even that little bit of direction. Absolutely suggest for your wedding!!

Fawn simply ROCKS! She did the make-up for myself, my entire wedding party and my mother! We all revcieved so many compliments and I couldn’t be happier! Fawn listened to exactly what I and the other girls wanted. I actually suffer from having pretty poor skin but Fawn was able to cover up every blemish and dark spot so naturally! I didn’t have to worry or constantly check my make-up! She really made me feel beautiful on such an important day, I couldn’t have asked for anything more!
I have known Fawn for more years than I can count; however, this review is 100% unbiased. When it came to my wedding day, there was no question about it, Fawn would be the one to make me look my best. As most women endure, the morning of your wedding starts out in total chaos (you’re trying to locate all of the wedding party, making sure you have everything before heading over to the venue, making sure the men know what time to show up lol). Throwing it all into the wind, I headed down to the salon to get beautified. And who was there to greet us with a smile as we walked in, Fawn! I had setup appointments for myself, the bridal party and my mother to all have our makeup done by the professional, Fawn. As soon as I sat down in her chair, I felt like all my worries had completely melted away. I was so at ease knowing that no matter what happened that day, my girls and I would look amazing through it all! Once I was finished, Fawn spun me around and let me see her work of art. I’m not an everyday makeup kind of person, but Fawn knew that and made my application look so natural and my skin so flawless. She sent all of us on our way with beaming self-confidence and of course touch-up lip gloss. My makeup, as well as all of my bridesmaids and my mom, remained perfect throughout the entire day. And everyone raved at how beautiful we all looked. I have since utilized Fawn’s talents for several other occasions, recommended her to numerous friends and will continue to keep coming back for more. What sets Fawn apart from other makeup artists? Well number 1 is talent of course (with her ingenious skills of accenuating a woman’s perfection), number 2 is professionalism (always shows up early and ready to adapt to all situations) and 3 would have to be her genuinely caring personality that puts everyone at ease. There is no better choice and there is no question that Fawn is truly the best at what she does.
I am a mascara and lipgloss kind of girl, but for my wedding I wanted to look like a hollywood starlet and Fawn delivered. My make-up was perfection. Her subtle touches made all the difference – it was elegant and natural with just the right amount of glamour to give me that hollywood feel. My “front row girls” (also known as bridesmaids) were also completely impressed with Fawn. Each girl had a different style and Fawn was guided by their dress and personality. My mother, who also used Fawn’s services was completely impressed. Fawn was recommended to me and I would certainly recommend her to any bride or woman who is interested in looking amazing for a special event!
Fawn was an incredible make-up artist. Not only was the end result excellent, the entire process was stress-free – exactly what a busy bride needs. I was unable to do a practice run before my big day, but it didn’t matter, Fawn was a true professional. She listened to what I wanted and used her expertise to make me look good. I’m not used to wearing a lot of make-up but my face felt light and natural all day, and my photos turned out amazing. I really can’t say enough positive things about her… she was laid back and helped calm my nerves with non-wedding conversation. Plus, she was perfectly on-time. She was great!!

I cannot say enough about Fawn ! She is absolutely AMAZING at what she does! My makeup on my wedding day was better than I could have ever imagined! She not only did mine but she did all of my girls as well….even fitting in those who didn’t want to get theirs done at first but decided they did after seeing what a phenomenal job she did. She is professional, punctual and so sweet! I would recommend her to anyone looking to have their makeup done for not only their wedding day but any occasion or night out where you want your makeup to look outstanding! When we first Fawn I thought she was super cool first of all so she is awsome to spend time with which helps on your big day! It literally was just as having a friend do my makeup plus the cherry in the cake shes amazing! I got sooo many compliments and still do! when people see my pictures!
